Can't enable/disable alternative looks.

I have downloaded and installed the dlcs. I go to the main menu, select options, but there is not "downloadable content"option. The downloadable content is only available under the options and all it displays is the installed dlcs and no choice to enable/disable them. Any help please? 😀
