Glitch with the first fist fight, guy won't fight me?

I had this weird glitch with the first fist fight when you just start the game, after you leave the tavern looking for Yennifer. Basically 2 of the 3 dudes fight me but the last guy just stands there doing nothing and I'm in full engage mode. I've looked up videos and the guy is definitely meant to fight me, anyone had this glitch? Picture here:
