Witcher 3 CTD during cutscenes, help please!

Hey! So i have these CTD during cutscenes for a long time, sometimes i can play for 2 hours without crash. But sometimes i have to go through 1 cutscene like 5 times because it's crashing everytime. I have already completed Witcher 3 once with no crashes as i can remember. Now i am replaying with gamepad and xbox360 controller emulator. I have tried changing game settings (turning VSync, Fullscreen-Window mode, graphics, postprocessing), set Witcher 3 to high priority, underclocking my GPU (i have red it somewhere, that it helps), but nothing helps, really the only thing that comes to my mind is complete reinstall of the game or even OS. Maybe gamepad is the problem?
