Witcher books and were to start

Ok so i love witcher 3 so fucking much and want to learn more of the story. I also love asoiaf and the wait for twow is unbearable.

I know there are 8 books (or 9) but cant find a simple enough breakdown of what order to read them in (o tried finding a listing for all the series but i have found bundles of 3-4 books max so ill have to get most individually)

In what order should i read them and just how many withcer books/short stories are there. If i do this i want to have the full series.
