After reaching 28 hours played I've just now started to get random CTDs, no error message, no warning. Up until now it's been a smooth run, no crashes at all, but now I am crashing after being in the game every 2-4 minutes. Anyone got a potential fix? Drivers are up to date, no mods.

Win 7, 64-bit, 8G RAM, GTX 750 Ti, i7 proc. Thanks in advance.
