Zoltan Gwent card not spawning under hanging tree

So i didn't do the first scholar quest and missed this card. I researched the problem and it said it should be there after the 1.07 update and I'm on 1.11. All I see when I loot the sack is the unfinished book. Tried reloading the save and nothing. Please help I want to perfect the game this run, but I did plan on doing a deaths march play through so it won't be the end of the world. Thanks in advance.
