I decided to replay the game when HoS came out and experience little to no problems… until I got back to novigrad as I just did now. The game is constantly crashing, pushes 100% CPU utilization on its own, 100% GPU utilization. Has anything changed for other people? I'm watching MSI afterburner and see no red flags outside of high utilization followed by a crash.
