Witcher 3 and DirectX 12

Hello fellow witchers!

You know, I have quite a bit of faith in the folks over at CD Project Red.

As a PC gamer, they surprised me quite pleasantly with The Witcher 2, and all of it’s (absolutely free) massive game updates, releasing them even almost 2 years after the game’s initial release.

And after that they also somehow managed to surpass the massive hype surrounding The Witcher 3, and even for that game, till this date they released a massive amount of free updates and even content.

So, after all that, and because the "enhanced edition" of TW3 is not out just yet, I’m betting they’ll surprise us and port the game to DX12, and reintegrate those fancy effects they couldn’t leave in the game upon launch.

I believe they will, because my (and I believe many others’) only gripe with the game was that it didn’t have exactly all the graphical bells and whistles that were advertised about 2 years before release (you know what I mean – that witcher 3 graphical effects youtube video).

In my humble opinion, the game is to this day the most gorgeous one around. What would it look like when they integrate all those effects they initially wanted? :-)

Thank you very much dear developers for such a fantastic game that makes dark fantasy come to life!
