I'm trying to do all the Skellige question marks and I get a quarter of the way done and i can no longer go underwater. I've seen plenty of posts about this on forums and such but no solution except the old reload an old save. My last save is hours back and looking to see if someone knows another solution. This shit is really driving me insane and needs to be fixed.
