White pixels/reflections

I just bought TW3 and I love it! Tho I have some issues with the graphics that really annoys me!

I get some sort of reflections / pixels on my screen in black areas on corpses, muddy fields and open bodys etc. I have the reflections / pixels on my sword all the time even when im out in the sun. My armor is also full of em on the metal/steel decorations. Even the amulet have them.

I play the game on high – ultra settings. I cant seem to find the settings that take them away.
