Trying to complete a quest in Kaer Morhen where you need to dispel a wall behind an Ifrit elemental. Went to look for the magic lamp and it is not in my inventory.
How can I get this item back? Is there a way that will not cause me to break achievements? Trying to win on hardest difficulty so looking for the most normal way to get this item back please.
