This game is just so beautiful my jaw literally drops every time I play it. That is until I stumble upon a body of water, and the water it looks horrible like some form of jelly I have to say. Now I understand they optimized it for release (if you look at gameplay from 2013 it looks great, similar to GTA V) but shouldn't there have been any water mods by now for PC? Do you know of any? I googled but couldn't find any, which I think is strange.
