Looking for Enhanced Legendary Wolven Gauntlets Diagram

Hi guys,

I’m currently on NG+ and I have every Legendary Wolven Diagram up to Mastercraft except the Enhanced Legendary Wolven Gauntlets. After checking my journal I found out that I hadn’t completed the Scavenger Hunt part 2 for Upgrade Wolven gear. I tried to look for it (by visiting every single blacksmith and armorer in Velen/Novigrad and Skellige, or at least I think I did, to get the item that triggers the quest), but no success so far. Tried searching the internet too, same result.

So does anyone remember where to find it or which armorer/blacksmith/shopkeeper/innkeeper/herbalist sells the item? Thank you in advance.
