Newb post, just picked up the game.

This game is amazing so far (as I knew it would be) and I've watched a few videos on tips for starting the game and how to combat, etc. I heard a lot about looting everything you come across but I'm running low on gold and am not really sure what I can sell and what I shouldn't sell. I have a ton of herbs, random common items and random master items? (Blues) so basically my question is what should I be selling in bulk at the beginning of the game here and what should I be definitely hanging on to. Thanks so much! Once I get through more I can't wait to explore older posts and read the books as well
