Similarly to how Fallout 3 GOTY edition includes all DLCs, will there be a separate purchasable Witcher 3 GOTY edition released on steam that will include all DLCs for the game?
I read that CD Projekt red will release 16 free DLC packs for Witcher 3, but I'm not sure if it will include every major DLCs they will release
TL;DR: if I wait for a bit more, will steam let me buy witcher 3 GOTY edition with complete DLCs like in Fallout 3 GOTY?
