Starting my first deathmarch playthrough

I haven't played since launch, I've been waiting for things to change and settle down so I can play and fully enjoy it. So far I've almost cleared white orchard, lvl 3, have 3 points in quen(shield I think) and sun and stars (the vit regeneration in the day Stamina at night, I think) both viper school swords (that wraith was bad business) and 3 more talent points I haven't used yet. Any helpful hints, suggestions, tips or straight up direction would be lovely. As a sidenote I love the fact that most things don't weigh anything anymore so I'm literally grabbing everything I see this time around which is just wonderful I'm loving the fact that every fight is its own beast, that yes I may die and I need to prepare.
