Annoying glitch: Geralt has no eyes or teeth

I loaded up TW3 for the first time in a few months, not very far into the main story, and I noticed that Geralt has no eyes or teeth. I noticed this during dialogue with an NPC and it persisted beyond that. I looked online and nobody else is having this problem. Does anyone know what could have caused this?
