[Minor Spoilers] Need help! On quest "Wandering In the Dark", cannot seem to progress! Possible bug?

Running patch 1.11, NO MODS installed.

Hi guys, I'm on the quest Wandering In the Dark, and had just met Keira in the bathtub. However when she asked me to join her at the entrance to fight the elf mage I opted to leave to stock up on healing items and do a couple of sidequests to level up.

Now when I go to the quest marker, it tells me that it's below ground and I can't for the life of me find any way to get underground! I have tried the portal in her house but it doesn't do anything now.

I'm completely stuck and nothing on google/youtube seems to have any answers. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks!
