Having never played a Witcher title before, I thought I'd give this one a try. I stopped playing after defeating the griffin at the start of the game, because I just didn't like the game that much. If I could put it in one word… the open-world just felt cluttered to me. The fighting system felt better than Skyrim's but to me Skyrim felt like it was a lot more open or breathing. For example, playing as different roles (archer, spell caster, sword/shield). I'm more of an action guy when it comes to open-world RPG's and I just felt myself skipping through most of the dialogue (after reading it first)
Granted, I only played for a little bit.
Is there anything you suggest so I could enjoy this game more. Does the story get really good? I feel bad because everyone says how amazing this game is but to me I just can't see it. Any suggestions before I get downvoted into oblivion would be much appreciated :/
