Equipments that are looted in smuggler’s cache in skellige should have a level higher than the character
not below the character level. Im at level 34 and Im getting all the Question marks in skellige and im getting level 26
items, so it just a waste of time doing this if you’re just gonna get equipments with level lower than yours, it make them useless.
