BUG: Quest Face Me If you Dare Can someone please help?! NG+ 1.11

This is the third thread I’ve started on this and gotten no help. I have found a bug in the second half of the quest when you meet him again in Farcorners near Novigrad. His Helath Bar is all black and he is invincible. Verifying files did not work, uninstall did not work, removing mods did not work. Here are two pics one showing location other showing the bug., Any ideas?
