Can't spawn certain monsters with the console command

For example, I can spawn an ‘arachas_lvl1′, but I can’t spawn an ‘arachas_lvl2_armored. The same applies for all monsters with an _ after lvl, such as werewolf_lvl4_lycan, gryphon_lvl4_volcanic, etc.

Another related question about console command. Can I set the levels of the enemies? It seems all are predetermined.
