Geralt's Swords

Hey guys, two questions.

1) Does anyone know what in game sword (if any) is shown during the opening 'CD ProjektRed' logo animation?

2) For those who have read the books (sorry, I have not) are there specific swords that Geralt uses throughout the story. For example, King Arthur has Excalibur, Jon Snow has Longclaw. Is there a Geralt equivalent?
