Missing every texture except a few trees... been like this for weeks now.

I've tried everything to fix this. Reinstalled graphics drivers (three times..), reinstalled the game twice, verified game cache at least 6 times and tried starting a new game as well as starting a save I had earlier this year. I'm running Windows 7, Nvidia GTX 770, i5 3570k and didn't have any issues with the game earlier this year (May-ish). I've searched this subreddit as well as google and haven't found anyone with the same issue. Any help is appreciated and I apologize if this has happened before and I just suck at searching.
