So I just hit level 30 and decided to tie up this secondary quest. It's important to note that I'd already done the quest where you unite the sorceresses and free Philippa from Djikstra's bath house.
For a game that usually has fantastic immersion and bends with your choices, this was really disappointing. The quest starts at the hideout, with Djikstra asking if you've seen Philippa or whether or not you're interested in finding her – when you've literally just freed her from Djikstra's grasp.
I'm yet to play the quest any further, but it seems baffling that they'd not remember any of this or refer to it at all. Geralt took Philippa, quipped 'I need her' and offered Djisktra a bit of information in exchange. Now things seem to have reset between Djisktra and Geralt and it's ruining the immersion for me slightly…

Reason Of State quest doesn't make any sense and has no continuity in-game * minor quest spoilers within*
