Does anybody else feel this way? In the beginning of the game I would try to do all the quests because they all gave exp, but now it's pointless. I have tons of quests in my quest log I am just ignoring because there is no incentive to do them now. For an open world game I really don't feel like this works. It removes the incentive to explore and instead makes me think "Wait, I don't want to go here, my only quest here is that level 25 quest". I think Skyrim fixed this perfectly in how even doing an old quest, leveling your skills levels you up. This way you get experience for surviving the experience, and not getting experience for the quest. Just my thoughts on this, i'd love to see more opinions :).

The exp level cap for quests is really ruining the open world feel for me...
