An Invitation From Keira Metz-
Geralt and Keira’s journey to the elven mage’s lair had forged a tight bond between them, the kind of harrowing life-or-death experiences forged between soldiers at war or students during exam week. And so when it was all over Keira invited Geralt to stop by her hut sometime, in a way that suggested she did not mean for an afternoon of tea and crumpets.
– exam week? You mean, all of those college students struggling through exam week at the local college in Oxenfurt?
– tea and crumpets? Huh, maybe I just haven’t found a vendor that sells those yet, I have to assume they exist in the Witcher universe tho.
– also I think soldiers at war, just maybe, form stronger bonds than kids going through ‘exam week’ at college. Naw, probably equally intense.
I guess it’s supposed to be hilarious. I am crossing my fingers it is infrequent.
