I think there should be more skill slots in NG+ and HoS

At ~level 30, I'd gathered enough skill points through leveling and places of power to use basically any build. The only point I can see in continuing to gather skill points is so I can change my build without respeccing. It'd be nice if three more skill slots got added for either HoS or NG+. I feel like it'd make the game a lot more fun to have these extra skills.
