Advice on where to get Gwent cards?

Still trudging my way through the game, haven't had much time to play, got it on release.

I'm just leaving Skellige now and while I loved Gwent early game and bought cards any time I saw them (which wasn't much) and stomped a few people early, I haven't found anyone selling for a LONG time and I check every where I go. And now any of the people I find to play, in Skellige or other cities, are impossible to beat because they play Hero cards and lost of really good ones I don't have. The only deck I even have enough cards for are the starter faction Northern Realms, each of my other's have between 7-10 cards each.

Any advice on how to buy up or win some quick cards? I want to play Gwent cause it's a lot of fun but I'm not the type to pour 10+ hours just hunting for cards either for a minigame so any advice'd be great.
