Sound is cut short

Hi, Just bought game and noticed almost immediately that everytime someone make a longer than couple word speech, sound is cut short, usually near end of speech, it happens in cutscenes, it happens while in game, all the time. Gets pretty annoying actually, even I have subtitles on so I can undestand what it is about.
No other problems so far.

Running it with I7 930, GTX 470, 6GB RAM
