it's provoked a strange set of feelings inside. I feel confused and sad at the same time. I think I had one of the better, more satisfactory endings bit I still feel sad. I can't decide whether this sadness is purely as a result of what happens at the end or also because I didn't feel the ending did the rest of the game justice. It could also be because the game/main story line is actually over. Perhaps it is a combination of all three.
I've played a lot of good games over the years, with very engaging stories; Dragon Age and Baldurs Gate to name a couple but I've never felt such emotion during and after a game. I've become so attached to many characters in the game and it's really left me without having to decide whether I should buy the expansion or not. The answer, without needing to think about it is obviously, yes. I will be doing this shortly.
Huge congrats to the developers and I can't wait for more.
