The Grotto in the east part of Velen, simply called Grotto. There is a elevated way which I can not seem to reach. Is it some exit from some quest or something? Any way to get there.
I saw some of this also in some other caves. But couldn't remember any quest or so where I would have used it. Did all of them. Or at least all I could find.
