I'm having an issue with Witcher 3 where my mouse controls feel VERY floaty, to the point where it's constantly "overshooting" where I'm going. I have Hardware Acceleration on, and didn't have this problem a few weeks ago when I beat the game, but it came out of nowhere now as I'm trying to do the DLC. Keyboard controls don't seem to have any input-related lag. Camera is super floaty, the map constantly seems to "stick" on my mouse cursor when I'm trying to drag it, and even the Menu seems to have a visible delay when I click on stuff in Options.
This does not happen for any other game, just Witcher 3 :\ I have no idea what could be causing it, Any ideas?
My mouse is a Razer Naga Chroma Epic for anyone curious, running Windows 10. I'm running a i7-4770K with a GTX Titan X. I have tried rolling back to other Nvidia drivers to see if it was gfx card related, but that didn't solve anything :\

Issues with input lag from mouse, not Hardware Acceleration related
