Witcher 3: Trying to play, can't open.

I've opened the game with GOG Galaxy before, but never really played it, as I've been playing Witcher 1. Stuck on that damned swamp, I've decided to try playing Witcher 3, but I can't launch it without following these steps (from GOG Support site):

"CHECK FOR INTERFERENCE FROM GOG GALAXY (NOT CONFIRMED)

It's possible that this happens due to anti-virus/firewall software blocking Galaxy. Make sure to add Galaxy to your security software's trusted applications list. If it doesn't help, please try the following:

  1. Shut down GOG Galaxy,

  2. Go to the game's binx64 subfolder (by default: C:GOG GamesThe Witcher 3 Wild Huntbinx64),

  3. Rename the galaxy.dll file, or move it to a different location. If this helps, contact us immediately to confirm this."

Then I can launch the game directly from the .exe.

SYMPTOMS:

Launching the game causes Windows 10 to load, and GOG Galaxy acts as if launching. The Task Manager shows the Witcher as running, but with no disk usage. No window appears, for visible or Alt+Tab purposes.

Any fix?
