I have a question about Potions

I just got the game 2 weeks ago for Xbox One.

I went to an herbalist and bought everything I needed to create around 5 potions. I created the potions and left. Later on the game I tried to find the Cat potion on my inventory and it wasnt there, I look for the other potions I created at the herbalist house and none of them were there. I checked the Alchemy menu and it says that I already have that item. I have tried meditation and nothing, I just get replenish of the 3 potions that I can see on my inventory.

Right now I can only see on my inventory Petris Philter, Swallow and Thunderbolt which I created before I was on the herbalist´s house and the last two were assigned to a slot.

Did I miss something or why I cant see the potions on my inventory? I dont want to go to a previous save since I noticed the lack of potions after 15 hours of gameplay. Any idea of what can I do?
