Question: which "usable" items and "other" items should I hold on to for crafting purposes

I'm afraid to sell items that may be useful down the road for recipes, and as a result my inventory is getting pretty cluttered (to the point that there's noticeable slowdown when I'm scrolling through my items). I have more food than I'll ever need and most of it seems safe to sell, but I noticed there's the occasional food item like "Wolf's Liver" that is used in recipes. Same goes for junk items: I know I've needed a "Bear Hide" for a recipe before.

Any other "Usable" or "Other" category items worth holding on to for crafting purposes?
