EE restart my PC why? Help!

Hi, Everyone

I have serious problem with Witcher EE it restarts my PC on menu or quitting to menu it also restarts when i use fire to locate my talent and i try to enter any new location.

I literally tried everything i even send my card to reclamation cuz i thugh it was faulty i get new one ant same thing tested Ram and all other stuff.

Pc spec:

Gigabyte R9 280X OC

intel i5 4460

Chieftec 750W

As Rock H81M

Win 8.1

8 GB RAM

WHAT I HAVE ALREADY TRIED:

1)Updete&reinstal all drivers.

2)Check on other system (Win 7)

4)Changing PSU Chieftec 650 W to Chieftec 750 W

5)Clean from all malwere and clean register… i have send many logs to anlyze ;( they said system is clean.

6)Downclocking card..

7)Check memory..

9) Send two times on Guarantee 1.Thay said "Repair" 2. The send me 280X (The problem still exist…)

10)Going on pilgrimage…

EE restart my PC why? Help!
