Velen Question

Hi all,

Currently still playing through, back in Velen tidying up some contracts, and i noticed that riding past Winespring Grange theres a massive lake on the map and loads of buildings. Theres also lots of building north of there and at the very top of the map. But i cant ride there i keep getting the boundary message which seems really odd? I can place my marker but cant ride there but theres definitely things there. Is it related to HOS? Because i havent purchased that yet.

Feels like the map is navigable but that the boundaries of shrunk. Ive just updated to 1.11 and i wondered if it was a glitch?
